Areas head-hunting companies look for and their importance

From the survey findings, the area of work experience and employees expectations matters most to a headhunting company. The areas go hand in hand with the area of the educational background. The recruiter purpose is to find employees that match the created gap in the organization. Head-hunting companies look for experienced and qualified individuals to join their staff base. Through their work experience, it is possible to gauge the fitness of the person in response to the created gap. In addition, it is very expensive and time-consuming to train new employees. Educational background is the key distinguishing factor that is reinforced by the work experience. The work experience and educational background are the main factors that indicate the employees' level of qualifications. Depending on the accepted grading by the recruiting teamwork experience and education background form the basis for securing the position.

Business problems or opportunities addressed by the findings.

The survey identified that most employers are seeking for graduates to fill in their positions. The graduates are also expected to have some work experience. There is a gap created between the graduates and those with the diploma and certificate education. These set of graduate are left out increasing the deteriorating rate of unemployment. It is a problem that needs to be addressed by the employers through creating an equal opportunity for all. There is a problem of who is willing to absorb the lesser graduate. In addition, graduates are expected to have work experience. It is rare to find a job advert looking for the entry-level graduate. Hence, there is a problem of who will impact the skills needed to the fresh graduates. There are so many opportunities in volunteering and internship in the quest to gaining experience. It is the expectations of the respondents that in the near future the businesses will be considerate about experiences gained. Businesses have the opportunities for creating time for their employees to engage in career development plans. It could results in increased expenses to the business because of the need to employ part-time employees to fill in the gap.

The survey is rich for the small-scale, medium-sized, and the large-sized organizations. It is an all rounded survey about potential employees and their expectations about the job market. The survey can be used to construct interview questions and a source of references by employers irrespective of the company.
